Outer Back Shell Replacement
1.
Insert a flat head screw driver under the outer back shell and pry it off. Start
at the top corner and pry aroung the edge until the part is free.(Pry at
indicated.

Next, install the outer back shell by aligning the top 3 ribs on the outer back
shell with the slots inside the inner back shell. Once aligned, gently press on the
outer back shell until it is captured by the spring clips, but do not push them all
the way in.
3.
Continue to work down the back shell, aligning the ribs and pressing them
into the clips. Once all of the ribs have been inserted, press the back shell on
completely so there are no gaps between the inner and outer shells.
NOTE: Loop Arm style chair shown. Replacement
procedure identical for Integrated Arm style chair.
NOTE: Mid Back style chair shown. Replacement
procedure identical for Low Back style chair.
