PLACEMENT OF VERTISE™ FLOW COMPOSITE
For small Class I restorations
1. Prepare Cavity. Wash thoroughly with water spray and air
dry at maximum air pressure for 5 seconds. Note: When-
ever possible, prep (bevel) all margins prior to application
of Vertise™ Flow.
2. Select the desired shade.
3. Dispense Vertise™ Flow onto prep with provided dispens-
ing tip. Use provided brush to apply Vertise Flow to the
entire cavity wall and beveled area with moderate pres-
sure for 15-20 seconds to obtain a thin layer (<0.5mm).
Remove excess material around margins with the brush
if necessary.
Note: Replace syringe cap after each use to prevent the
resin from hardening in the syringe.
4. Light cure for 20 seconds*. For A3.5 and Universal Opaque
shades, light cure each increment for 40 seconds.
5. After lining the cavity wall and beveled area with Vertise™
Flow, build the restoration with more Vertise™ Flow in
increments of 2mm or less.
6. Light cure each increment for 20 seconds*. For A3.5 and
Universal Opaque shades, light cure each increment for
40 seconds.
7. Finish and polish using a polishing system such as Ker-
rHawe OptiDisc, Occlubrush or the HiLuster.
For Class I and Class II restorations as Total Prep Liner

ever possible, prep (bevel) all margins prior to application
of Vertise™ Flow.
2. Select the desired shade.
3. Dispense Vertise™ Flow onto prep with provided dispens-

Remove excess material around margins with the brush
if necessary.
4. Light cure for 20 seconds*. For A3.5 and Universal Opaque
shades, light cure each increment for 40 seconds.
5. After lining the cavity wall and beveled area with Vertise™
Flow, build the restoration with a traditional universal
composite resin such as Premise™ or Herculite™ XRV Ultra.
The thickness of each increment of the traditional univer-
sal composite should be no more than 2mm.
