6. Light cure each increment according to manufacturer's
recommendation.
7. Finish and polish using a polishing system such as Ker-
rHawe OptiDisc, Occlubrush or the HiLuster.
For Pit and Fissure Sealant
1. Isolate the area with a rubber dam or cotton rolls.
2. Prior to sealant application, clean occlusal surfaces as
follows:
a) Air-abrade. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
OR
b) Clean with a non-fluorinated pumice first, then apply a
37.5% phosphoric gel etch to the tooth for 15 seconds.
Rinse for 10 seconds. Dry for 5 seconds. Etching is nec-
essary for cleaning purposes only.
3. Dispense Vertise™ Flow onto prep with provided dispens-
ing tip. Use provided brush to apply Vertise Flow to the oc-
clusal surfaces with moderate pressure for 15-20 seconds
to obtain a thin layer ( <0.5mm). Remove excess material
using the brush.
4. Light cure all coated surfaces for 20 seconds*. For A3.5
and Universal Opaque shades, light cure each increment
for 40 seconds.
5. If necessary, add additional Vertise™ Flow and light cure
for 20 seconds*. For A3.5 and Universal Opaque shades,
light cure each increment for 40 seconds.
6. Check and adjust occlusion where necessary.
For Porcelain Repair
Sandblast the prep OR roughen the prep with a diamond bur.
Rinse with water for 10 seconds, air-dry for 5 seconds.
1. Dispense Vertise™ Flow onto prep with provided dispens-
ing tip. Use provided brush to apply Vertise™ Flow to the
bonding surface(s) with moderate pressure for 15-20
seconds to obtain a thin layer (<0.5mm). Remove excess
material around margins with the brush if necessary.
2. Light cure for 20 seconds.
3. If needed, an opaque can be applied and light-cured to
hide the metallic color if metal is involved.
4. Build the restoration with more Vertise™ Flow or your
composite of choice in increments of 2mm or less.
5. Light cure each increment of Vertise™ Flow for 20 sec-
onds.* For A3.5 and Universal Opaque shades, light cure
each increment for 40 seconds. For composites other than
Vertise Flow, follow manufacturing instructions.
6. Finish and polish using a polishing system such as Ker-
rHawe OptiDisc, Occlubrush, or HiLuster.
Note: Vertise™ Flow bendable brush and dispensing tips are
intended for single patient use only to prevent cross contami-
nation between patients.
