4. Charging
The FM-SP can be charged via USB. A low battery indicator will flash on the upper left
of the LCD screen when charging is required. Charging time is approx. 1 hour.
How it works
1. Turn your FM-SP on by simply pressing the '+' button once.
2. Plug the FM-SP in your device's 3.5mm port.
3. Set the volume of your device (Smartphone, MP3 etc.) very loud for the best result.
4. The LCD screen will show the frequency. Adjust the frequency to a suitable number
which is not occupied by any local FM Channel or until it has no distortion. Click the
+/- button to change the digital frequency. The frequency range is 87.5 – 108.0.
5. Turn the frequency of your (car) radio to match the same frequency as the FM-SP.
6. Adjust the volume of your (car) radio to the desired listening level.
7. The FM-SP will turn off automatically in 60 seconds.
6. Troubleshooting
I don't hear the sound while the music is playing?
Please make sure that your (car) radio is tuned to the same frequency as the
transmitter.
If you are passing through a strong frequency area, such as above ground high volt
power lines or passing through a tunnel, this may cause interference.
Make sure your audio files are of good quality.
Check that your FM frequency channel is a clear channel without interference.
Make sure your device connected to the FM-SP plays audio at a high volume When
you use the FM-SP to make sure the FM-SP catch the signal, if the sound is too low
the FM-SP will shut down.
7. Velcro
Use the attached Velcro to store the FM-SP on your dashboard and make sure you do
not lose the device, to use next time.
