SOLUTION
Make sure handle lock levers and
handle adjustment knobs are in the
locked position.
Remove the chute and make sure it is
clear of debris. Reinstall chute making
sure it is securely locked into place.
Charge the battery.
Hold start button and engage bail.
Have the drive belt replaced by an
authorized service center.
Have the impeller/scraper mechanism
replaced by an authorized service
center.
