2. Retract the blade guard using the lever (8) and place
the saw on the blade side.
3. Loosen the bevel adjustment knob (11).
4. Set a square against the saw blade (10) and the shoe
(6) to adjust the 90° setting.
Loosen the nut (16) on the stop (17).
Adjust the stop (17).
Tighten the nut (16) and the adjustment head (11).
Changing the saw blade (Fig. E)
1. Press on the spindle lock button (4) and loosen the saw
blade clamping screw (18) while turning the Allen wrench
(included) counter-clockwise.
2. Pull the blade guard device (9) using the lever (8) and
change the saw blade (10). Reinstall the washers (19,
20) correctly.
3. Check the blade's rotational direction.
4. Screw the blade clamping screw (18) in by hand to hold
the washers in position. Turn clockwise.
5. Press on the spindle lock button (4) while the spindles
turn until the saw blade no longer rotates.
6. Tighten the blade clamping screw firmly using the
wrench.
Adjusting the riving knife (Fig. E)
The inset in Fig. 5 shows the correct adjustment of the riving
knife (7). Readjust the distance to the saw blade after the
blade has been changed or when it is necessary for other
reasons.
1. Adjust the cutting depth of 0 mm, so that you can reach
the riving knife's clamping screws (21).
2. Loosen the screws (21) and pull the riving knife out to its
maximum length.
3. Set the distance and then tighten the screws.
Adjusting the cutting line markings
(Fig. F)
The markings for bevel cuts (12) and straight cuts (13) each
have two grooves:
narrow groove: for centring standard steel saw blades
wider groove: for centring TCT saw blades
Make the adjustments as follows:
1. While the saw blade is secured at 90°, make a test cut
of about 400 mm.
2. Pull the saw back a little.
3. Loosen the screw (22) and align the cut (23) to the mark-
ings (13).

4. Tighten the screw (22).
Both cutting line markings are now correctly adjusted.
Attaching and adjusting the parallel
stop (Fig. G)
The parallel stop (15) is used for parallel cuts along the edge
of the work piece.
Mounting
1. Attach the parallel stop (15) to the saw shoe (6) as shown.
2. Insert the bolt (24) into the hole (25).
3. Place the bracket (26) over the bolt and tighten the safety
screw (27).
Adjustment
1. Loosen the safety screw (27) and set the parallel stop
(15) to the required width. The setting is shown on the
scale (28).
2. Tighten the safety screw (27). The markings (29) and (30)
can be used as a guideline: Marking (29): for standard
steel saw blades (30): for TCT saw blades.
Before operation
Make sure that all safety equipment has been properly
installed. The blade guard must be closed.
Make sure that the saw blade turns in the direction of
the arrow on the page.

Operating instructions
WARNING: Always abide by the safety instruc-
tions and applicable regulations.
WARNING: To reduce the risk of serious
injury, turn the power tool off and discon-
nect it from the power source before mak-
ing any adjustments or removing/fi tting
attachments or accessories.
WARNING:
Make sure that the material to be sawed has
been secured.
When working, press the saw only lightly, and
do not exert lateral pressure on the blades.
Avoid overloading the saw.
Do not use excessively worn blades. Do not use
your saw for insertion cuts.
