For cleaning, pop the silicone tip off and soak them in luke-
warm water with soap. After soaking, use a cotton swab to give
them a better cleaning. Rinse the tips well under water and dry
with a cloth. Do not put them back on the earbuds until they
are completely dry.
RESET – Delete the "Urbanista London" from the Bluetooth
settings on your device.
Press and hold the Urbanista reset button (2) for 10 seconds,
whilst the earbuds remain inside the case, until the 4 battery
status indicator lights (3) flash at same time (make sure that
the charging case has enough power). Close the charging case,
the reset is now successfully completed.
Follow the instructions in section 1 "First Time Pairing" to re-
connect the earphones to your device.

technology. However, in exceptional cases, electronic products may
have malfunctions due to manufacturing defects. That is why we offer
a full one year warranty from the date of original purchase, which cov-
ers defects in materials and workmanship.
Urbanista AB hereby warrants that, under normal use, this product will
be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one
year starting with the original purchase date. The replacement warran-
ty is valid only if the original proof of purchase issued to the customer,
specifying the date of purchase, is presented with the product to be
replaced.
How does it work? If you believe this product is defective, carefully
repack the unit and return the product to your authorized dealer within
the warranty period, with the original proof of purchase. Your autho-
rized dealer will replace the product, provided a defect in materials or
workmanship is identified.
