Solución de problemas
Problema
• No hay alimentación.
• No se puede usar el televisor.
• El mando a distancia no funciona.
• La imagen queda cortada.
• Color inusual, color oscuro o claro , o
color no alineado.
• La alimentación se ha cortado
repentinamente.
• No hay imagen.
• No hay sonido.
• El televisor en ocasiones hace un
sonido extraño (crujidos).

• Compruebe si pulsó en el mando a distancia.
Si el indicador del televisor se enciende en rojo, pulse
• ¿Está desconectado el cable de CA?
• Verifique si ha pulsado a en el televisor.
• Las influencias externas como tormentas de rayos, electricidad estática, etc., pueden causar un
funcionamiento incorrecto. En este caso, haga funcionar el televisor después de haber apagado primero
la alimentación, o desenchufe el cable de red y vuelva a enchufarlo después de uno o dos minutos.
• ¿Están las pilas insertadas con la polaridades (+, -) bien alineadas?
• ¿Están agotadas las pilas? (Cámbielas por unas nuevas.)
• ¿Está utilizando el televisor debajo de luz intensa o fluorescente?
• ¿Hay una luz fluorescente iluminando el sensor del mando a distancia?
• ¿Es correcta la posición de la imagen?
• ¿Se han hecho correctamente los ajustes de modo de pantalla "Formato de imagen" como
tamaño de la imagen? (Página 26)
• Ajuste el matiz de la imagen.
• ¿Está excesivamente iluminada la habitación? La imagen podría verse oscura en una habitación
demasiado iluminada.
• Compruebe "Imagen" (Página 19).
• La temperatura interna de la unidad ha aumentado.
Quite cualquier objeto que pueda estar obstruyendo la entrada de ventilación o límpiela.
• ¿Está encendido "Temporización"? Seleccione "Apagado" en el menú
"Tiempo" (Página 21).
• ¿Están activados "Apa. sin señal" o "Desconexión"?
• ¿Están correctas las conexiones al equipo externo? (Páginas 13, 14 y 15)
• ¿Se selecciona correctamente el tipo de señal de entrada tras la conexión? (Página 10)
• ¿Se ha seleccionado la fuente de entrada correcta? (Página 10)
• ¿Es correcto el ajuste de la imagen? (Página 19)
• ¿Está conectada correctamente la antena? (Página 8)
• ¿Está el volumen demasiado bajo?
• Asegúrese de que los auriculares no estén conectados.
• Compruebe si pulsó e en el mando a distancia.
• Esto no es un fallo de funcionamiento. Esto ocurre cuando el mueble del TV se expande y
contrae ligeramente debido a los cambios de
