• The green charge LED remains lit when the
batteries are fully charged.
• Remove batteries from the charger once they are
fully charged.
• Disconnect all cable and mains connections
after use.
Note
• The charger is suitable for a mains voltage
of 100-240 V and can be used around the
world. Please note that a country-specific
adapter may be necessary.

4.1 Charging Li-ion batteries

• Open the slide cover of the charger completely
until it locks into place.
• Adjust the contacts on the bottom of the charger
to fit the particular Li-ion battery to be charged
(Pic. 2). Adjust the contacts so that one lies
against the – pole and the other lies against
the + pole of the rechargeable battery.
• Insert the battery into the charger (Pic. 3). The
charger automatically recognises the polarity of
the Li-ion battery.
• Unlock the sliding cover by pressing the red
unlock button. Close the cover so that the battery
is held firmly between the contacts.
• Ensure that the green charge LED indicates
proper charging. If this is not the case, check
the contacts.
4.2 Charging NiMH batteries (AA/AAA cells)
• Open the slide cover of the charger completely
until it locks into place.
• When charging NiMH batteries, observe the correct
polarity indicated on the battery symbols. Insert the
NiMH battery with the correct polarity (Pic. 4).
• Unlock the slide cover by pressing the rote
release button and then close the slide cover so
that the particular battery is held securely and is
touching the contacts.
• Ensure that the green charge LED indicates
proper charging. If this is not the case, check
the contacts.
• Only one type of battery (AA or AAA) may be
charge at the same time. Varying battery charge
capacities (as measured in mAh) are of no
concern.
4.3 USB charging option
• Connect the terminal device to be charged to
the USB port of the charger directly or using a
suitable USB cable. (Pic. 5)
• In contrast to charging options 4.1 and 4.2, the
green charge LED does not indicate charging.
• Read the current charge level from your terminal
device.
• Charging of the terminal devices begins and ends
automatically.
Warning – Connecting terminal

whether the power output of the charger can
supply sufficient power for the device.
• The USB charging option supplies a
maximum of 5 V
• Please refer to the operating instructions for
your terminal device.
• It is essential that you observe these
specifications and the safety instructions
