To reduce the risk of personal injury - Unplug before cleaning or servicing.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
1. Power cord not firmly plugged
into outlet.
2. Blown fuse or tripped breaker.
3. No voltage in wall plug.
4. Thermal Protector activated.
1. Dirt cup full.
2. Dirt cup not installed correctly.
3. Rinsable and/ or Filter made
with HEPA media not installed
completely.
1. Belt broken or stretched.
2. Brushroll is clogged.
1. Dirt cup full.
2. One or both filters are clogged.
3. Stair + upholstery tool not
spinning.
4. Power carpet nozzle not
spinning.
1. Dirt cup not seated completely.
2. One or both filters clogged.
POSSIBLE SOLUTION
1. Plug unit in firmly.
2. Check fuse or breaker in home. Replace
fuse/reset breaker in home.
3. Check fuse or breaker in home. Replace
fuse/reset breaker in home.
4. Unplug and allow vacuum to cool for 30 min.
(This willl reset the thermal protector)
1. Empty dirt cup.
2. Review Dirt Cup removal & replacement.
3. Review Filter Removal and Cleaning.
1. Call Customer Service: 1-800-321-1 134.
2. Clear/remove debris from brushroll.
1. Empty dirt cup.
2. Remove both filters and clean.
3. Review tool section.
4. Review tool section.
1. Reinstall dirt cup make sure lid is closed
completely.
2. Remove both filters and clean.
