Has dirt clogged up the
hose?
Did you check the "Max" fill
line to see if the dust
container is full?

rotating brushes?
If the rotating brushes still won't turn after checking the
above points and possible solutions, an internal drive
belt in the floor nozzle may be broken. Contact an
authorized service center for further evaluation.
