Warning – Connecting USB-C
terminal devices
• Ensure that your notebook, tablet PC,
smartphone or console requires a power supply
voltage of 5/9/12 volts (+/- 1 V).
• The speci ed supply voltage can be found on
the original power supply unit or in the user
manual of your device.
• Ensure that the total power consumption of the
notebook, tablet PC, smartphone or console
does not exceed the power supply unit's rated
output capacity of 30 W.
Unless the operating instructions for the devices
you want to charge explicitly inform you otherwise,
proceed as follows:
• Connect your terminal device to a USB charging
socket using a suitable USB cable.
• Connect the charger to the car socket of the
vehicle electrical system.
• Charging progress is displayed on your terminal
device.
• Disconnect the terminal device from the charger if
you want to interrupt charging or if the terminal
device is fully charged.
• Then disconnect the charger from the power
supply.
When charging batteries built into a device, pay
attention to the maximum charging time for the
batteries.
Note – Car battery
With some vehicles, it can happen that power
continues to be supplied even though the ignition
has been switched off. Therefore, when not using
the product, disconnect it from the power supply
to protect your car battery from discharge.
5. Care and Maintenance
Only use dry, soft cloths for cleaning.

Disconnect the device from the power supply
before cleaning or if it will not be used for a
long period of time.
