2. Lift the battery up from
its compartment.

Replace the battery and back cover

1. Insert the battery, gold-
colored contact end first,
into the battery slot.
2. Push down on the other
end of the battery to snap
it into place.
3. Replace the back cover so
that the cover tabs align with
the slots in the device. Slide
the back cover toward the
bottom of the device until the
cover is securely in place.
