LIMITED 10-YEAR WARRANTY
Keter's storage buildings (the Product) are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material
or workmanship for a period of 10 years from the original date of purchase. Keter's renowned reputation for
fine products is a result of its dedication and commitment to quality, design and innovation. In case a problem
should occur, please address your claim to customer service either by phone or through our web site:

Any use of the Product for purposes other than the storage of goods will void this limited product warranty.
Commercial use, or use other than for personal or household purposes is not covered by the limited warranty.
In addition, damage caused by: use of force, incorrect handling, inappropriate use, abuse, neglect, accidents,
impact from foreign objects, vandalism, pollutants, set-up on an un-level foundation, alteration, painting, fading,
assembly not in accordance with the User's Manual, or damage caused as a result of storage above the
capacity limits of the Product, are not covered by this limited warranty. This limited warranty does not apply
to damage resulting from 'acts of nature' such as, but not limited to: hail, storm, tornado, hurricane, blizzard,
flood, fire effects. This warranty is void if structural parts and components not supplied by Keter are used.
Keter shall not be liable for inconvenience, labor, loss of time, maintenance, removal or reinstallation of the
Product or other incidental, special or consequential damages arising in relation to the purchase or use of the
Product. Keter shall also not be liable for damage caused for any reason whatsoever to goods stored inside
the Product. While every attempt is made to embody the highest degree of safety in all equipment, freedom
from injury cannot be guaranteed. The user assumes all risk of injury resulting from the use of this Product.
All failures of Product covered by this limited warranty will be repaired, replaced, or restored by Keter in
accordance with the terms and conditions of this limited warranty. The manufacturer reserves the right to
make substitutions for warranty claims if parts are unavailable or obsolete.

instructions.
ALL WARRANTY CLAIMS WILL REQUIRE A DATED PROOF OF PURCHASE. Keter will, at its discretion,
ship repaired or replacement part(s) free of charge, including shipping costs, under this limited warranty. After
a claim has been settled the guarantee period will continue to be counted from the original date of purchase.
If the Product is determined to need full replacement, Keter may refund the lower of a pro-rata portion of the
purchase price as determined below or the advertised selling price of comparable Product at the time of
adjustment. Pro-rata basis of the price is determined by the following calculation: 0-2 years of ownership,
100% refund of original purchase price. Over 2 years to 4 years of ownership, 80% refund of original purchase
price. Over 4 years to 6 years of ownership, 60% refund of the original purchase price. Over 6 years to 8
years of ownership, 40% refund of the original purchase price. Over 8 years of ownership to completion of the
warranty, 20% of original purchase price. Taxes, shipping costs, inconvenience, loss of use, installation fees,
incidental or consequential damages will not be covered in the adjustment.
Keter reserves the right to discontinue or change any of its Products, including colors, without giving notice.
Should a Product covered by this limited warranty be unavailable, Keter reserves the right to substitute a
product that is of equal value according to Keter's sole discretion, or to refund a portion of the original price
of the defective part reflective of its original contribution to the cost of the Product. Taxes, shipping costs,
inconvenience, loss of use, installation fees, incidental or consequential damages will not be covered in the
adjustment.
Please note that the products are produced from the finest raw materials, which are non-toxic and completely
recyclable.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS GIVEN IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, LIABILITIES OR OBLIGATIONS
OF KETER EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, EXCEPT THAT THE DURATION OF ANY IMPLIED
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE LIMITED IN
TIME TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. KETER SHALL IN NO EVENT BE LIABLE FOR
CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND FOR BREACH OF ANY
EXPRESS WRITTEN OR ORAL OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON PRODUCTS.
