Attach the bottom tray on the left with one (1) large thumbscrew.
Secure the tray and lower tank holder on the right with one (1) meduim
thumbscrew.
S T E P 0 3 With the help of another person,
place the griddle on its wheels.
Install the griddle handle to the left side of the griddle body with four (4)
M6X12 bolts from the outside of the body.
S T E P 0 4
Attach the paper towel holder to the bracket on the right side
of the griddle unit with one (1) M6X16 bolt and two (2) washers. Attach the
hard cover handles and hooks with four (4) M4X10 bolts screwed in from
the bottom.
