After use:
1. Disconnect the quick-action coupling
from
the
plug
(Figure 1b).
2. Clean the housing immediately using
suitable cleaning agents.
3. Do not use any organic halogen solvents,
tricholoromethyl, ethylene chloride etc.
4. Do not immerse completely in cleaning
bath /
machines.
Replacing the nozzle set:
1. Paint spray gun without pressure and
cleaned.
2. Unscrew the paint quantity regulation
(item 03) and pull out the nozzle needle
after
actuating
(item 02) (Figure 3a)
3. Depending on the type of the paint spray
gun.
Remove the air cap (item 11), slotted
nozzle (item 13),
or union nut (item 06)
(see Figure 3a).
4. Remove the material cap using a suitable
key (Figure 3b).
5. Install the new nozzle set in reverse se-
quence.
Nozzle sets are wear parts; keep a spare
ready. When replacing, always replace the
entire nozzle set (Figure 3c).

Apply a light coat of oil to the
valve pin.

Do not use any materials containing silicon
for cleaning or lubrication.

Decommissioning
Storage: Clean, dry, dust-free, not below
5° C.
Store paints / solvents according to applica-
ble legal provisions.
Disposal: Dispose of the packaging / device
/ materials used according to applicable legal
regulations.

Basis for warranty claims: complete unit
in original condition/proof of purchase.
According to legal provisions, you re-
ceive the following warranty against
material and manufacturing defects:
private use only: 2 years,
commercial use: 1 year.
Excluded from warranty claims: Wear or
expendable parts, improper use, overloading
/ incorrect pressure, manipulation / inappro-
priate use, inadequate / incorrect / lack of
maintenance or lubrication, bumps / im-
pacts, dust / dirt accumulation, unauthorised
/ incorrect working procedures, incorrect
power supply, impure / insufficiently filtered
compressed air, failure to read the instruc-
tion manual, incorrect operating resources /
materials.
