7. Select
Paper type
and choose the paper to print. If you do not already have a media profile for the paper type you are
planning to use, you must create one. See the preceding section.
8. Set the number of copies.

1. Select the

b. Adjust the left paper guide to the paper width so that the paper is aligned as it feeds into the scanner.

tab, and then configure the scan settings, which are described in the following steps.
Output settings such as margins, layout, and media profile can be configured later, when you print the file.

B&W
scanning.
4. Select the type-of-original template that best describes your original.
5. Select the scan resolution.
