 Adjust the cooking mode selector to
heat the oven empty for about 10 minutes.

 If the inside of the oven is dirty it may be that cooking has taken longer than usual.
 When the screen displays " : ", your oven is turned on correctly but is in standby mode.
Set the temperature depending on the dish you are going to
cook.
Press "+/-" to adjust the temperature from 10 in 10°C intervals
depending on the dish you are going to cook (temperature
between 70°C and 250°C).
Having adjusted the thermostat cooking starts after 5 seconds of
inactivity. The screen will then display the cooking temperature.
Press "+/-" to adjust the cooking time for 0 to 120 min. The
cooking duration can be increased and reduced from 1 in 1 min
stages up to 20 min and from 5 in 5 min stages from 20 min to
90 min. After setting the cooking duration the oven will start
cooking after 5 seconds of inactivity. The screen will then display
the remaining cooking time.
You can turn off the oven manually during cooking by turning
the timer anticlockwise to Position "0".
