Mientras se encuentra parado fuera de la ducha, abra la válvula de la ducha. No
entre a la ducha.
Ajuste el agua a su temperatura normal de ducha.
Pida a alguien que accione la descarga del inodoro más cercano.
Con su mano, verifique con cuidado la temperatura del agua de la cabeza de
ducha/ducha de mano mientras el inodoro se llena.
Si el agua se vuelve notablemente más caliente, será necesario reemplazar la
válvula de ducha con una válvula KOHLER compatible o devolver la cabeza de
ducha/ducha de mano.

Important Information
CAUTION: Risk of personal injury. If the water temperature is set too high,
scalding will occur. The water temperature should never be set above 120°F
(49°C).
NOTICE: Risk of product damage. Do not force the handle in any direction. Forcing
the handle will damage the valve.
NOTICE: Risk of product damage. The long [2-3/8" (60 mm)] screws, for installing
trim, can damage the K-2971-KS valve. When using this valve and trim with wall
thicknesses less than 13/16" (21 mm) thick, use the short [1-5/8" (41 mm)] screws.
NOTICE: Risk of product damage. Do not attempt to remove the flow regulator
from the showerhead.
Observe all local plumbing and building codes.
The finished wall or bath/shower unit must be installed prior to installing the
trim.
