Container removal
First remove the complete container from the motor
base and empty it totally.
Attention: To loose the plastic threaded ring,
turn to the right. Clockwise, like closing
a water tap, as the threaded ring is
left-threaded!
Do not tear the handle (risk of breakage).
8. SAFETY FEATURES AND PROTECTION
The safety control prevents the motor from being switched on when the lid is not in posi-
tion, and stops it if the lid is raised during operation.
When the lid is replaced, the speed control knob must be turned back to "0"
(reset function), before the motor can be restarted.
Only the speed control knob can be used to turn the
machine on and off.
When the machine is overloaded or overheated, it switches off
automatically.
If this occurs, after about 60 seconds, please press the black button
on the bottom plate of the motor base.
When the machine stops automatically, immediately remove
the complete container from the motor unit, pull out the plug
and turn off the machine (Position: "0").
If you notice any irregularities or defects, please contact your supplier. For more informa-
tion see chapter "Repairs".
9. CLEANING
The motor unit must never be submerged in, or sprayed with water or any other
liquid! Never attempt to clean it with a water jet!
If necessary, clean the motor unit with a damp cloth.
Danger!
Thorougly clean the machine after use every time. Incorrect and careless
cleaning could put the consumer at considerable risk of micro-organism
infection.
Container: The mixing container should not be cleaned in the dishwasher while still
installed (see chapter "Operating instructions"; left-threaded!). They must
first be dismantled.
The container should be cleaned thoroughly after each use or once a day.
