PREPARING THE INVERSION TABLE.-
Before using the inversion table first make ensure that all parts are in position by
following these three simple steps:
1. The pivot arms must be properly secured. It is advisable to set the pivot arms
to position three or four until you get used to using the inversion table.
2. To prevent full inversion during initial use, make sure that the safety strap is
connected to the frame of the inversion table. This strap can be adjusted for
higher or lower levels of inversion. When the safety strap is connected, it prevents
the user from going beyond the maximum desired inversion position. Start your
exercises with a limit of 45 degrees or with whatever you feel most comfortable.
Disconnect the safety strap for perform full inversions.
3. Now you should adjust the foot rest. This support is marked with different
heights for each user. If your exact height is not available, always choose the
setting immediately above your height.
USING THE INVERSION TABLE.-
Attention:
The presence of second person is strongly recommended when using the
inversion table for the first time. They can help you if necessary.
Partial inversion.-
The first thing to do is to lean back on the table and put your feet on the supports.
In this position, adjust the supports that are on your ankles.
These are the supports that will hold your body while you are upside down. For
this reason, it is very important to make sure that they are set correctly.
