Make sure the resistance of the hose is at least 13.8 bars.
Check the correctness of the connection and operation of the tool placing the inlet of the tool at a piece of wood or a wood deriva-
tive material and pressing the trigger once or twice.
Filling of the dispenser
It is allowed to use solely the connecting elements that are specified in the manual.
While filling the dispenser, hold the tool in such a manner that the inlet is not directed towards the user or other persons.
While filling the dispenser, do not put a finger on the trigger.
YT-0920 (V)
Press the snap fastener and remove the dispenser.
Insert a new package of stitches and insert the dispenser in a manner that makes the snap fastener close.
Do not use different kinds of stitches simultaneously in one dispenser.
YT-0921 (VI)
Pull the pusher of the dispenser until it is blocked.
Insert a package of nails through the slot in the dispenser.
Release the snap fastener of the pusher in such a manner that it pushes the nails towards the air outlet.
Do not use different kinds of nails simultaneously in one dispenser.
YT-0922 (VII)
Insert a package of nails through the slot in the dispenser.
Pull the pusher of the dispenser until it is beyond the package of nails. Let the pusher push the nails towards the air outlet.
Do not use different kinds of nails simultaneously in one dispenser.
YT-0923 (VIII)
Pull the pusher of the dispenser until it is blocked.
Insert a package of nails through the slot in the dispenser.
Release the snap fastener of the pusher in such a manner that it pushes the nails towards the air outlet.
Do not use different kinds of nails simultaneously in one dispenser.
Removal of jammed nails (solely YT-0921 and YT-0922)
Disconnect the tool from the compressed air system. Disconnect the connector of the tool from the snap connection of the com-
pressed air supply hose.
If possible, remove the remaining nails from the dispenser.
Open the snap fastener of the upper lid of the tool and the lid itself. (IX)
Remove the nails or fragments of the nails that caused the jamming.
Close the upper lid using the snap fastener.
Proceed to the procedure of connecting of the tool to the pneumatic system.
Work with the tool
The tools have a system of individual sequential actuation. It means that in order to actuate the tool, it is necessary to actuate both
the trigger and the safety device in such a manner that after the tool is placed in the location of actuation, once the trigger has
been pulled, solely an individual operation is started. Further operation of driving of connecting elements may be realised solely
once the trigger has returned to the neutral position, while the safety device remains pressed.
Press the tool where a connecting element is to be driven and pull the trigger. (X)
If the connecting element has been driven too deeply, the pressure in the system must be reduced by 0.5 bar until the desired
result has been reached.
If the connecting element protrudes from the processed object, then the pressure in the system must be increased by 0.5 bar until
the desired result has been reached. Do not exceed the maximum pressure for a given device.
For the given task, it is recommended to use the possibly lowest pressure; it will permit to save energy, reduce the noise, reduce
wear of the tool and increase safety of operation of the tool.
MAINTENANCE
Never use petrol, solvents or other inflammable liquids to clean the tool. The fumes may ignite and cause an explosion of the tool
and serious injuries. Solvents used to clean the handle of the tool and its body may cause softening of the sealing. Dry the tool
thoroughly before the work is commenced.
In case of any irregularities in the operation of the tool, it must be immediately disconnected from the pneumatic system.
All the elements of the pneumatic system must be protected from contamination. The contamination in the pneumatic system may
