Cleaning / Maintenance
Before cleaning or servicing:
► Switch off and unplug the device!
► Disconnect the appliance from the compressed air supply!
6.1
Cleaning the Interior
• DO NOT use solvent-containing cleaning agents or disinfec-
tants� (use e�g�, soapy water)�
• Remove the grate and vacuum the blasting chamber�
• Wipe out the tanks and lids only with a dry cloth!

Condensation
• Inspect the water separator (14)�
• Drain any water off through the valve (15)�

Blasting Nozzle Replacement

6.4
Cleaning the dosing nozzle
The dosing nozzle from the mixing chamber can become blocked
due to contamination and moist blasting sand�
For cleaning, the dosing nozzle is removed using the supplied tool
and replaced after cleaning�
• Vacuum clean the blasting tank completely�
• Hold the dosing nozzle with the tool and pull upwards (Fig� 11)�
• Clean the dosing nozzle (e�g� blow with compressed air)�
• Replace dosing nozzle�
Before remounting, the dosing nozzle should be completely
dry!
• The dosing nozzle must be adjusted with blasting tanks of
25 - 70 µm (Fig� 12)!

Lamp cover
In the course of time, the lamp cover can become matt� This cover can be ordered as a spare part�

You can find components subject to wear and the spare parts on the spare part list in the internet at

subject to wear and tear) are marked on the spare part list�
Serial number and date of manufacturing are shown on the type plate of the unit�
