MAINTENANCE
Daily, by a trained user :
1. Empty the crumb collector ;
2. Use a slightly damp cloth for external maintenance ;
3. Open the table in front to clean on the inside.
Every 25.000 cuts and/or at least 1 time a year, by an authorised agent :
1. Remove the plug ;
2. Replace the cutters (see cutter changing procedure) ;
NB: Don't over tighten the cutters because there is a risk of deforming the frame.
3. Clean with a brush and vacuum the inside of the machine ;
4. Check the state of the bearings ;
5. Lubricate the guides ;
Check that your authorised agent records the intervention in your service book in
order to keep your 3 year warranty
