TROUBLESHOOTING

The purpose of the following information is to help the operator to identify and correct
any anomalies or malfunctions that may occur during use.
Some faults may be resolved by the user, others require specific technical skills or abil-
ities and must only be performed by qualified personnel with recognised experience in
the specific sector.

Problem
The equipment does not start.
The tool rotation direction is
incorrect.
Causes
Main switch off.
No mains power.
The basket was not correctly
inserted.
The basket cover was not
correctly closed.
Appliance power phase wires
are incorrectly connected.

Solutions
Turn on main switch.
Contact your dealer or
authorised service centre.
Check correct basket insertion.
Make sure the cover is correctly
closed
Have an expert technician
invert power wires.
