INSTALLATION OF ADDITIONAL HANDLE
Additional handle (3) can be installed in one of the holes on the grinder head. Use of the grinder with
additional handle is recommended. When holding the grinder with both hands (using additional handle),
risk of touching rotating disc or brush with your hand is reduced.
DISC GUARD INSTALLATION
When using wire brush or dished, elastic or cutting wheel, install guard (4) onto the grinder so its shield
faces the operator.

Install disc guard (
4) so the protrusion on its clip matches cut-out on the grinder gear casing.

Install the disc guard in desired position.
●
Screw the fixing screws firmly.
Deinstallation and adjusting the disc guard are similar to installation, only the sequence of actions is
reversed.
REPLACEMENT OF WORKING TOOLS

Remove the flange and disc.
Installation of disc is similar to deinstallation, only the sequence of actions is reversed. During installation,
the disc should be pressed against surface of the inner flange (6). In case of abrasive or cutting wheels less
than 3 mm thick, outer flange (5) nut must be screwed with flat surface to the side of the wheel (fig. B).
Disc lock button (1) can be used only for installation and removal of the disc. It cannot be used as a
brake-button while the disc is rotating, otherwise the grinder may be damaged or the user may be
injured.
