Diagnosis possible solution

• Make sure that the power plug is inserted.
• Make sure there is power in the socket.
• Make sure that the selector switch, programme
selector knob 1, is not in the OFF position.
• Make sure the door is well closed.
• Make sure there is water supply.
• Make sure the water tap is opened.
• Make sure the water inlet hose is not squashed.
• Make the water electro-valve filter is not clogged.
• Switch off and then switch on the washing ma-
chine. In the fault persist contact an authorised
service centre.
• Make sure the drain pump filter is not clogged.

PUMP FILTER
• Make sure the rinse hold special function is ena-
bled.
• Make sure that the drain hose is not squashed
and the internal diameter of the drainage is larger
the that of the drain hose.
• Switch off and then switch on the washing ma-
chine. In the fault persist contact an authorised
service centre.
• Switch off and then switch on the washing ma-
chine. If the fault persist contact an authorised
service centre.
• Make sure that the red LED is turned off.
• Make sure the machine is not the soak status or
in special anti-crease function
• Press the door from the locking the side or give a
light heat and simultaneously pull to open.
• Make sure that the inlet and drain hoses are in-
tact and that they do not lose water.
• The detergent may not be appropriate or exces-
sive (Overflows the drawer).
• Reduce the amount of detergent.
• Reduce the water pressure or of pumping device.
• Close the tap at the end of wash.
