Dear customer,
ordering.
improper use.
The machine is made by an iron tank with molded and double bottom, a thick edged cone shaped. Mixing blades
in the tank are arranged so as to create a dough fast and homogeneous. The back support is made by tubular iron
welded between them. the size of the tank and of the supports, computed and certified by an appropriate structural
design included in the technical dossier filed with the company in accordance with the provisions of EC legislation
make the machine stable under both static and impact loads and dynamic. Proper calculation on the natural
frequencies of the structure has allowed us to balance the machine and to avoid harmful resonances. All gears are
covered and protected from any contact. The concrete mixer can be driven by electric motor single-phase or three-
phase, together with a circuit breaker or sealed combustion engine or diesel. In the diagram attached below, all of
the guideline, we can detect the name and constituents of assembly. For the MIX models, the movement of the tank
is operated by means of straps that lead from the motor rotation to a shaft on which is splined to the pinion which
meshes with the crown positioned on the outer diameter of the tub, for models TECH the movement of the tank is
actuated by the engine via belts that carry the rotation to a shaft on which is keyed a pinion door chain that leads
the rotation to another shaft on which is keyed a crown which transmits the motion to a bevel gear positioned on
the tank bottom. the overturning of the glass is carried out or by a manual command transmitted by a crown gear
on the flywheel connected with, or for models TECH with a particular reducer of overturning.
Be sure to read and to apply scrupulously the rules contained in this manual in order to preserve the status of the
stops and to avoid breakdowns: The machine is entirely reliable for both security and for the quality of the products
that ensure a smooth and uninterrupted work. The technical service of the 'Officine Polieri' is at your disposal to
provide clarifications and explanations for the correct interpretation of the rules contained in this booklet; the mixer
must be used to knead inert materials for building use such as cement, lime, clay, etc.
Other uses than specified may irreparably damage the machine or damage people.
REGULATIONS AND ACCIDENT PREVENTION, SAETY FOR OPERATORS
The plant provided is fitted with equipment complying with the rules for prevention of accidents at work (D.P.R. 547
of 27/04/55) and the project was carried out in accordance with the provisions in the EEC Directive on 89/392 / EEC
and subsequent amendments. is necessary for safety purposes, please follow these instructions:
The machine has excellent safety requirements, which make the operation very secure during any phase of
operation and maintenance. the mixer has to work on horizontal surfaces and stable to ensure the rollover
stability (maximum side slope expected: 5th, verification of stability included in the technical file).
system is provided at the discretion of the buyer is such as to ensure stability. The anchorage can be performed
with various systems:
a) On a concrete floor (cement floor) equipped with latches properly prepared.
b) On the tables by means of screws or pins shaped having the foresight to use the inner part of a plank length
greater than one meter, and for the back of a plank along the double of the first.
c) Directly anchored to the ground by the weight and movement of the wheels of the front.
gusts you should put the mixer in a sheltered area.
