Limited warranty
Eversound Audio AG warrants this product against defects in material or workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase from an authorized
retailer. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, electrical or mechanical damage resulting from misuse or abuse, lack of reasonable care, damage due
to force majeure or natural forces, products with removed or defaced serial numbers, products whose cabinets have been opened by the end-user, or products
previously repaired by an unauthorized service center.
Repairs or replacement under this warranty are subject to submission of a sales slip. Shipment of the defective item for repair under this warranty will be at the
customer's own risk and expense. This warranty is transferable provided the other terms are met. At it's own option, Eversound Audio AG will repair or replace
items returned for repair under this warranty. A replacement product or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or ninety (90) days from the
date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
In some countries, product liability legislation may give you other rights beyond the scope of this warranty. Where this applies, such rights may replace the rights
and conditions stated in this warranty.

In the EU, this symbol indicates that the Waste Electrical and
Electronic Equipment Directive (WEEE) requires that your
product be disposed of properly according to local laws and
regulations. When your product reaches the end of its life,
contact your local authorities to learn about recycling options.
Many countries have a disposal service that is separate from
general household waste. Please take advantage of this to
avoid potential negative consequences on the environment.
