Electrical Advice

- Do not use multiple connectors or reducers.
- All the units are designed to work with a
230V~/50Hz or 115V~/60Hz (on the case the unit
is prepared for those alimentation values). The
power supply must have an earth connection and a
protection device (breaker, breaker-selector). Have
particular attention to the extensions that must be
in good conditions and must have the same
characteristics of the power supply plug, including
the earth connection.
- We disclaim all kind of responsibility due the
disrespect of these rules.

Loading

- Before putting products in the unit it is necessary to
make it work at least 1 hour with the lights turned off
and the acrylic doors closed (if existent).
- Distribute the products in way to leave spaces
between them, to allow a perfect cold air circulation.
- Never lean products to the insuflation /aspiration air
grills, in way to allow a perfect air circulation, both
on the products as well as on the evaporator.
- Always put the products in the unit at a temperature
next to the one to use. Remember that your unit is
only for conservation.
- Do not overload the equipment, obey the loading
limit.
