INSPECTION SHEET

To ensure proper maintenance of the product, it is preferable to
assign this to a single named user.
The manufacturer recommends that the user keep a copy of this
identification and regular inspection sheet for each component of the
system.
Checks on IPEs are conducted subject to the components being checked
not falling into any of the following cases for rejection.
- any component that has suffered a factor 1 or more major fall.
- any product that has been in storage for more than 10 years.
This product must be inspected at least once every year by the
manufacturer or a competent person authorised by them, in accordance
with the procedure laid down by the manufacturer.
