SETTING THE TEMPERATURE
Follow the ironing instructions on the garment
label. However, if there are no instructions but
you know the type of fabric, please consult
the following guidelines:
NOTE: This symbol means that the
fabric should not be ironed.

If the fabric consists of various kinds of fabrics,
always select the temperature required by
the most delicate fabrics.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1. Before cleaning, remove the plug from
the socket and allow the iron to cool
down sufficiently.
2. Wipe off the Soleplate with a damp cloth
and a non-abrasive (liquid) cleaner.
3. If the fiber adheres to the Soleplate, use a
damp cloth with vinegar to wipe off the
Soleplate.
4. Never use strong acid or alkali in order to
avoid damaging the Soleplate.
5. If scale blocks the steam hole, please
remove the scale with a toothpick; do not
damage the surface of the Soleplate.
6. Stand the iron on its end and let it cool
down sufficiently. And meantime pours
any remaining water out of the Water
Tank and set the Dry/Steam Selector to
position "O".
AFTER IRONING
To extend the working life of the iron,
whenever you finish ironing, you are
recommended to empty the Water Tank as
follows:
1. Remove the plug from the wall socket.

2. Lift the iron with the Water Filling Inlet
pointing downwards to empty the
remaining water from the Water Tank [10].
Shake it lightly above a sink, then close
the cover.
3. To dry the remaining moisture, insert the
plug into the electrical socket and set the
Temperature Control Dial and the Steam
Regulator to MAX until Power Indicator
Light turns OFF.
4. Thereafter unplug the iron from the mains
electrical supply and allow it to cool
down completely before storing.
5. Clean the Soleplate with a dry cloth as
traces of moisture could mark it.
CORRECT DISPOSAL OF THIS PRODUCT
For environmental reasons, do not
dispose of the device in the household
waste at the end of its useful life.
Dispose of the device at a suitable local
collection or recycling point.
Observe the local regulations for
material disposal. If you have any
questions, please contact the local
authorities responsible for waste
disposal.
