To ensure use of the laser measurer without danger and safely, read all the
instructions carefully and keep them in mind. If the measurer is not used in
compliance with these instructions, the protection devices built into the
measurer are likely to be damaged. Make sure that the warning labels on
the measurer always remain legible.
KEEP THESE INSTRUCTIONS IN A SAFE PLACE AND HAND THEM OVER TO
ANY NEW USER OF THE MEASURER.
Attention – if devices for use or adjustment other than those indicated
herein are used or if other processes are applied, this could lead to
dangerous exposure to radiation.
This measurer is supplied with a warning plate (it is marked with a number
(D) in the representation of the measurer on the page with the graphics).

If the laser beam has contact with an eye, close eyes immediately and move
head out of the beam. Never make alterations to the laser device.
Do not use the laser goggles as protective goggles. The laser goggles are
used to see the laser beam better, they do not, however, protect from the laser
radiation.
Do not use the laser goggles as sun glasses or when driving. The goggles to
see the laser beam do not completely protect from ultra-violet rays and reduce
the perception of colours.
Only have the measurer repaired by a qualied person and only use original
spare parts.
Always recycle batteries
Faulty and/or discarded electrical or electronic apparatus have to
be collected at the appropriate recycling locations
Always wear safety goggles or protective eyewear.

look into the laser beam.
Otherwise you risk dazzling people, causing accidents or
damaging their eyes.
