In compliance with the European Directive 2012/19/EU, measurers that can no
longer be used, and in compliance with the European directive 2006/66/EC,
worn or defective accumulators/batteries must be isolated and follow a suitable
recycling channel.
5. WARRANTY
Fischer Darex products are designed in compliance with the most demanding
standards for household and DIY use. Fischer Darex grants a 5 years guarantee on
this product from date of purchase. This guarantee covers all faulty material and
manufacturing defects. This guarantee does not, however, apply, in any other
cases whatsoever. Fischer Darex products are not intended for professional use.
In the event of a problem or defect, it is imperative to always firstly contact
your Fischer Darex dealer. The latter can, in the majority of cases, overcome the
problem or remedy the defect on the spot.
Repairs made or parts replaced cannot under any circumstance lead to an
extension of the initial guarantee period.
Alterations due to improper use or wear; in particular of the safety switches are
not included in the guarantee.
Claims cannot be made under the guarantee unless :
A document vouching for the date of purchase is presented in the form of a cash
desk receipt
The device has not been subject to any repair and/or no part has been replaced
by a third party
The device has not been improperly used (the motor has not been overloaded
nor non-approved accessories have been assembled)
There is no damage due to external causes or intrusions such as sand or stones
There is no damage resulting from non-adherence to the safety instructions and
the instructions for use
A force majeure event is not involved
The claim is accompanied by a description of the problem
The terms of guarantee are valid in addition to our terms of delivery and sale
