3. CUP CONTENTS
•
Basically, as the name suggests, beer pong is played with beer. But of
course, beer pong can also be played with any other drink of choice.
•
Nevertheless, it is important to agree on a drink (e.g. beer) at the beginning
of the game.
•
Here, each cup is filled with approx. 0.1 l. The rule of thumb for beer is 1 l
beer per team (e.g. 2 x 0.5 l bottles per 10 cups). Of course, the quantity
can also be set individually, but for the sake of fairness it should be
identical on each side.
4. PREPARATIONS
•
You will need 22 or 14 cups for the game.
•
On each side of the table, 10 of the cups are placed in the shape of a
triangle (see also Fig. 1). As a guide, you will find a matching triangle or
circle on almost all of our tables (exception: Logo Table) to help you place
the cups correctly.
•
For those who want to play a quick game, it is also possible to play with 6
cups from the beginning instead of 10. Extra variable cup markings have
also been printed on the 'American Eagle' beer pong table for this purpose.
•
The 10 cups must be compact and central on the table and the last row of
cups must be no more than 1 cm from the edge of the table (exceptions are
specified cup layouts - triangles or circles - on the table design).
•
The other two cups are filled with water to clean the table tennis balls (the
so-called 'extra cup').
•
It is recommended to clean the ball regularly for hygienic reasons, as the
ball can quickly become dirty during play.
