The Newlux SmartChef Digital V100 includes a photosensitive touch
panel, which is very easy and intuitive to use. Simply move your fi nger
over the desired button to activate the function.
IMPORTANT: DO NOT TOUCH WITH WET HANDS. If the display is wet,
dry thoroughly before use, as this may cause operating problems.
Functions:
ON: Press this button to turn the appliance on. When the appliance
is in Standby, the light will fl ash.
+/Time (dual function button): [+] Press this button to increase cooking time when setting the time within

increases, so cancel and re-programme if you make a mistake.

Temperature: Press this button to change the cooking temperature. The temperature is indicated by 3

digits on the left side of the display. In total there are 3 levels: low, medium, high. By default, temperature 1 is
selected in all menus.
Self-cleaning: Specifi c programme to clean the bowl. Simply add 1 measure of vinegar or lemon and half a

litre of water, and select 'Self-cleaning'. Once the programme has fi nished, rinse the tank with soap and water.
