PROBLEM: Too much/little air or water pressure.
SOLUTION: Minor adjustments to air and water pressure can be made at the dental unit. Follow
manufacturer's specifications.
PROBLEM: Little or no water due to off-center water outlet in syringe head.
SOLUTION: Occasional manufacturing variances result in an off-center water outlet on Den-Tal-Ez
syringes. If this occurs, Sani-Tip® adaptor will not function properly.
TEST PRIOR TO USE:
Express water, then express air only. If air contains moisture, or tip dislodges, refer to first problem
and solution.
