Noise parameters
The noise emission values determined according
to EN 3746 for the sound level and according to EN
1807 (coefficient of correction k3 calculated accord-
ing to Appendix A.2 of EN 1807-1) for the sound level
at the workplace are as follows, based on the working
conditions listed in ISO 7960 Appendix J:
The values given are emission values and therefore,
are not necessarily to be seen as safe workplace
values. Although there is a link between emission
values and immission levels, it is not possible to reli-
ably determine whether additional precautions will be
required or not.

Factors influencing the actual immission level present
at the workplace include the duration of exposure, the
nature of the workspace, other noise sources, etc., e.
g. the number of machines and adjacent operations.
The permitted workplace values may also vary from
country to country. However, this information should
enable the user to better assess hazards and risks.

Dust emission details
The dust emission values measured according to the
"Principles for the testing of dust emissions (concen-
tration parameters) of woodworking machines" of the
Technical Committee for Wood are below 2 mg / m3.
This means that when the machine is connected to a
proper operational exhaust system with an air speed
of at least 20 m / s, it can be assumed that the TRK
limit value for wood dust in the Federal Republic of
Germany will always be safely below the limit.
Depending on the materials or the type of the materi-
al, note the load values of the material manufacturer.
7. Machine description
Due to its perfected design, the machine offers a ver-
satile application for processing wood and plastics in
the workshop.
The upper and lower bandwheel is protected by a
fixed guard and an articulated cover. Upon opening
the cover, the machine is switched off. Switching on
again is only possible with the cover closed. The non-
cutting part of the sawbelt above the table top is cov-
ered by a guard fixed to the sawbelt guide, the latter
being protected against inadvertant opening by the
fixed guard of the upper band wheel. The non-cutting
part of the sawbelt under the table top is protected by
a fixed cover.
The swivelling range of the table from -20° to +47°
allows versatile cutting possibilities (e.g.)
• Longitudinal cuts
• Cross cuts
• Diagonal cuts
• Curved and irregular cuts
• Cuts for dovetails and tenons
• On-edge cuts of squared beams

instructions.
