Saving data / system operation
If the starter battery is disconnected, only the backup system supplies the vehicle with
voltage. The maximum permitted amperage is 250 mA.
If this value is exceeded, there are still too many consumers switched on, and the
voltage in the system drops. This generates an acoustic and optical warning signal.
This warning signal remains active, even if there was only a brief voltage drop.
The reset button (4) can be used to reset the warning signal.
If a reset should not be possible, the current is still too high, and additional consumers
must be switched off.
If the system generated a warning signal, a possible data loss in the vehicle

cannot be excluded.

The starter battery must be connected in reverse order of how it was disconnected.
Disconnecting the system

First disconnect the mains cable connection.
•
Pull out power supply connector.
