Furthermore, the warranty does not apply if:
a) the fault is caused by the product being exposed to damp, moisture, extreme
temperatures or temperature changes, chemical products, abnormal impact damage or
force majeure that is not directly caused by faults in the materials, design or manufacture.
b) the customer fails to notify JAYS AB within 30 days of the fault being discovered (within
the warranty period).
c) it is not possible to identify the product by checking the serial number that should be
identical to the product the warranty is supposed to cover.
d) the product has been used in an incorrect manner or has been connected to an
accessory which JAYS AB has advised the customer not to use with the product.

Check if the connector is properly attached to the mobile
phone. Check if the earphones are properly attached to
the 3.5 mm stereo jack.
Place the microphone closer.
1. The microphone clip isn't attached to your clothes
properly and therefore scratches against your clothes.
2. You are in a windy or noisy environment. Shield the
microphone from the wind / noise.
3. The connector isn't properly attached to the mobile
phone.
