Chevrolet Malibu 1997-2000

1. Using the panel removal tool, carefully
unclip and remove the radio trim bezel.
(Figure A)
2. Remove (2) 9/32" hex-head screws
securing the factory radio, disconnect
the wiring, and then remove the radio.

1. Remove the ashtray and extract (1) Phillips
screw exposed in the ashtray cavity.
2. Remove (1) Phillips screw from the
cigarette lighter compartment.
3. Remove (2) Phillips screws securing the
factory radio, disconnect the wiring, and
then remove the radio. (Figure A)
