20. Screw the hose adapter
connections on the valve head
turning it clockwise.
The filter vessel is prepared.

Preparing the pump

At the time of delivery, the pump is only partially assembled.
Only hand-tighten all screw connections. Excessive tightening of the screw
connections damages seals and plastic components. Do not use a tool.
You can use Teflon tape to seal screw connections with minor leakage.
1. Loosen the threaded ring
prefilter cover
counterclockwise.
2. Lift the prefilter cover
threaded ring off the pump housing.
3. Insert the large O-ring seal
groove on the pump housing.
4. Insert the prefilter
The prefilter is already inserted into
the pump at the factory.
5. Check the O-ring seal for dirt or damage. Replace the seal if necessary.
6. Place the prefilter cover
7. Guide the threaded ring over the prefilter cover.
8. Turn the threaded ring clockwise until it is hand-tight.
9. Insert the small O-ring seal
10. Screw the hose adapter
11. Place the medium O-ring seal
12. Screw a hose adapter
The pump is ready for operation. You can now connect it to the lines.
