6.1 The app does not start or freezes

The app needs to be restarted.

Cause
MI 301 is too far away from the product.
Incorrect transmission angle.
App problem.
No IR on the pump.

Remedy
•
Close the app and restart it.
Remedy

Hold MI 301 closer to the product, pointing the infrared transmitter
at the product. The infrared transmitter is located at the opposite
end of MI 301 from the power button.
•
MI 301 needs to point at the IR receiver on the product, ± 12°.
•
The app needs to be restarted.
•
Your product may not support IR. See section about supported
Grundfos products.
Remedy
•
Hold MI 301 closer to the product.
•
The app needs to be restarted.

Your product may not support radio. See the section concerning
supported Grundfos products.
Remedy
•
Move the smartphone closer to MI 301. If this does not solve the
problem, it may be necessary to pair the two products again in GO
settings.

Charge the battery for two to four hours.

Switch on MI 301 using the power button. The indicator light will
flash blue.
