NOTE: Count and inspect all pieces before
disposing of any carton or packaging
materials.
1. Using thirty-two 21 mm steel washers (O), sixteen
20 mm bolts (P) and sixteen nuts (N), attach the
fixed casters (I) to one end of the base (A) and the
swivel casters (J) to the other end of the base.
(See Figure 1)
2. Attach the four lower poles (C) to the base (A) using
eight 42 mm bolts (K) and eight end cap nuts (L).
(See Figure 2)
3. Attach upper poles (D) to two of the lower poles (C)
on the end of the dolly with fixed casters using one
connection bar (B), four 42 mm bolts (K) and four
end cap nuts (L).
4. Attach upper poles (E) to the opposite two lower
poles (C) on the other end of the dolly using one
connection bar (B), four 42 mm bolts (K) and four
end cap nuts (L). (See Figure 3)
