Charging the
rechargeable battery
Note that the solar garden thermometer must be
switched on when the batteries are charging.
The charging time of the battery when the solar cell
is used depends on the intensity of the sunlight and
the angle of incidence of the light on the solar cell
Place the solar cell
as perpendicular as possible

to the angle of incidence of the light. In this way
you will receive the highest light levels.
Maintenance and care
The light-emitting diodes (LED) are not replaceable.
Apart from replacing the rechargeable batteries,
the solar garden thermometer is maintenance-free.
Do not under any circumstances use abrasive
cleaning agents.
Replace the battery if, after a certain amount
of time, the light duration diminishes noticeably
despite good exposure to sunlight. Only use
the correct size and recommended type of
rechargeable batteries (see "Technical Data").
Clean the product regularly with a dry, fluff-free
cloth. Use a slightly moist cloth to remove any
stubborn dirt.
