IV. Installation
1. Once the winder has been sufficiently fastened you can connect the power plug to a power
outlet and attach the tool to the cable.
2. Installation should be done only by a trained technician. Be sure the tension and fastening are
correct.
3. The cable winder bracket (without special accessories) has bored attachment holes and needs
to be installed by only 3 screws, depending on type, to a stable wall/ceiling. For wall mounting,
the cable runout should be at the top if possible.
4. Make sure that the rotating coupling can turn freely with the winder.
V. Operation
1. When the cable should be wound up again tug on the cable again and the catch mechanism
will release.
2. Check the winder if it functions properly by slowly pulling the cable out. Clicking sounds indicate
the catch positions. Never pull it out beyond the marking!
3. The cable winds up automatically then. Be sure to hold on to the loose end!
4. During the wind-up phase make sure that the cable is fed into the winder evenly and that there
is no cable build-up on the side.
