Operational states

The MT Dry 800 has a bright LED, inside the main body, which can show one of three different colours depending on
its operational state.
+ Run state (white LED). Indicates that the machine is ready to operate. Select the desired speed, the operating
time and press the green (ON) switch to run it. At any time, pressing the red switch (OFF) stops operation and
the run switch will be reset.
Warning: In order for the equipment to remain in operation after pressing the green run (ON) switch, you
must select an operation time on the timer from 0 to 30 min.
Emergency stop state (red LED) Indicates that the emergency button is latched, that is to say active. The machine

cannot operate and will not resume, even if the green run switch (ON) is pressed. To deactivate this state, you
must unlatch the emergency button, thus returning to the reset state.
Important: Remember that the emergency button can also be activated at any time in the other two
states described in this section.
Reset state (blue LED). Indicates that the machine needs to reset. In this state, the machine will not operate,

even if the green run switch (ON) is pressed. To deactivate and go to the run state, you must press the blue
reset switch.
As a security measure, if one of the following conditions is met:
An unexpected restoration of the electricity supply.
An opening of the main swing hatch.
Overheating or motor abnormality.
The reset state will be activated and the MT Dry 800 motor will switch off and stay off, even if power is resumed or the
green run switch (ON) is pressed.

Raw material loading and unloading

The main body of the machine can be tilted to facilitate raw material loading and unloading tasks. You must turn the
knob located on the back, as shown in the following image, to loosen the securing mechanism of the main body to
rotate the machine. Once the desired inclination is reached, turn the knob, this time in the opposite direction to secure
it again.
