Take all the components out of the box, do not dispose of the wrapping until checking that nothing is missing and that the devices works
without any problems.
1.- Place the base on an obstacle-free, large, flat and resistant surface for its assembly, fix the lower part to the 3 support feet on the
base using the M8x16 mm screws. (FIG. 1)
2.- Place the main post on the 3 support feet and fix it using the M6x35 mm bots with the M6 nuts. Now you can tighten the screws at
the base. (FIG. 2)
3.- Introduce the gas bottle cover through the upper part of the main post. (FIG. 3)
4.- If you have an auxiliary table, introduce it through the upper part of the main post, fix it at the desired height by using the lower screw.

5.- Fix the end of the gas jet to the burner head tightly using a 17 mm fixed or adjustable spanner (not supplied). Make sure this is done
correctly, as a bad assembly could cause a gas leak. (FIG. 5)
It is better that two people participate in the following operations, or that the main post can be supported or leant against a chair to facili-
tate the assembly.
6.- To be able to introduce the head and the gas jet into the main post; incline the main post and introduce the end of the jet through the
upper hole, place the burner head and align the burner controls with the instructions adhered to the main post (FIG. 6)
7.-Use the M6 x 10 mm screws and the spanner to fix the head (FIG. 7)
8.- Place the washers and threaded rods on the upper part of the head (FIG. 8)
9.- Align the holes of the reflector with the ends of the threaded rods situated at the top part of the burner head, fix them by using the
washers and winged nuts. (FIG. 9)
Situate the heater in an upright position and place the gas-bottle cover tank on the base of the main post
10.- Use a clamp on the rubber tube to correctly assemble the gas regulator (not included); you can slightly warm the end to introduce
the tube without any problem. Introduce the rubber tube onto the end of the gas jet up to the limit; fix it firmly with the clamp.
Place another clamp on the rubber tube and introduce the end into the connection of the gas regulator, fix it tightly with the clamp
(FIG. 10-11)
ASSEMBLY OF THE WHEELS (optional)
In the case of having wheels, remove the gas bottle and place the gas-bottle cover tank leaning against the main post. Raise the assem-
bly area at least 10 cm to facilitate the assembly, ask for the assistance of another person if necessary.
Align the holes of the base with those of the wheels, introduce the screw and washer from outside, introduce a nut and washer from
inside the base and firmly tighten them (FIG. 12)
