Completely automatic piston compressor with one compression level, mounted on air container.
A return valve in combination with the vale of the air pressure switch ensures that the compres-
sor always starts to operate without loading (without air pressure between the container and compressor
device).
Equipped with automatic fuses
Piston compressor is is designed for intermittance running, as a result the loading level does not exceed
50%. The air pressure switch is adjusted for P = 6-8 bars.
Note! Electric engine is equipped with automatic fuses, which activate, when the engine temperature
reaches its maximal value. If engine protection has delayed, it will automatically be reset within approx. 2
min, and the compressor can be switched on again.
Electricity:
Always connect to a grounded electrical outlet and pay attention to the fact that the electrical system has
appropriate fuses. Look for the required parameters in the table. Motor isolation class is IP 20. If a long
cable extension is used, one has to pay attention to the risk of voltage loss and that the correct cable dia-
meter is used. Store the compressor in a cool (at least 0°C) and well ventilated environment with as clean
air as possible.
• It is advisable to run the compressor a few minutes with the drain plug (No ) open. This will ensure a
more even disribution of the oil.
• The necessary pressure has to be adjusted with regulator (No ).
• Compressor management system operates completely automatically. The air pressure switch stops the
engine when the pressure has reached max adjustad level. When the pressure decreas to minimum
adjustable level, the engine will automatically switch on again.
• The air pressure switch (No ) has an on/off button to be pressed manually, which provides an opportu-
nity to switch off the engine and open the air exhaust valve completely at any time.
• Never stop the compressor by taking out the socket from the electrical outlet in the wall. Always use the
on/off function of the pressure switch in order to release the high-pressure pipe from air pressure, which
is located between the compressor and the container.
