OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

The equipment is designed to perform impact drilling on
concrete, masonry and stone. It is also suitable for drilling
without impact on wood, metal, ceramic and plastic.
Equipment's with electronic control and right/left rotation are
also suitable for screwing.
When operating the impact drill, you must consider some use
procedures:
▪ Always work with the auxiliary handle in place and hold the
impact drill with both hands. Losing control of the impact drill
may result in serious injury;
▪ When working on small or loose workpieces, use clamping
devices to fix parts securely and stably;
▪ Do not apply excessive pressure on the drill against the
workpiece/object. If the speed drops abruptly, reduce the
pressure applied to the impact drill immediately;
▪ When the bit or drill gets jammed, switch off the power tool
immediately. Avoid the high reaction torques that cause
kickback;
▪ Never put the tool down before the rotating accessory has
completely stopped;
▪ Wear ear protectors while working. Exposure to loud noises
may cause hearing loss;
▪ Make sure the power cord is always behind the machine
while operating;
▪ Switch off the impact drill immediately if any of the following
problems occur:
- Sparks in the carbon brushes;
- Grease leakage through the ventilation slots;
- Damage to the impact drill housing;
- Damage to the "ON/OFF" switch;
- If you sense smoke or burning smell.

Start and stop

1. Before plugging in the power cord (9), make sure the
"ON/OFF" switch (10) is off;
2. Hold the impact drill with both hands, one hand on the
handle (8) and the other on the auxiliary handle (13);
3. Press the "ON/OFF" switch and touch the impact drill to the
surface/part to be worked on;
4. To switch off the appliance, release the "ON/OFF" switch;
To operate the impact drill continuously:
5. Press the "ON/OFF" switch and simultaneously press the
trigger lock button (7). Release the buttons and operate the
drill with the "ON/OFF" switch locked;
6. To switch off the impact drill, press the "ON/OFF" switch and
release it.

Direction of spindle rotation

Do not select the direction of rotation while the drill is running
as this could cause serious damage to the apparatus. Always
check the direction of rotation before starting to operate the
impact drill.
1. Use the forward/reverse lever (12) to select the direction of
rotation of the spindle:
▪ With the lever set to the left, the spindle turns clockwise;
▪ With the lever set to the right, the spindle turns anti-
clockwise.

Speed setting

The rotation speed increases as you press the "ON/OFF" button.
You can also adjust the speed by means of the speed control
(11).
1. To increase the speed, turn the control knob clockwise;
2. To decrease the speed, turn the control knob anti-clockwise.
Do not operate the impact drill at low speed for a long period of
time.
